The, situated at few metres from Arco Naturale Beach, with an extension of 50.000. It has two swimming-pools (25x15 and 6x12), restaurant, pizzeria, snak bar, store, newspaper kiosk, tobacconist’s shop, boutique, supermarket, disco, volleyball court , calcio balilla ground, bowls, table tennis, cildren’s play park, playroom, parking lot, washing machine operating with tokens.
From June 16th to September 3th: animation, shows, miniclub (children from 6 to 12 years old), fitness centre (watergym-aerobics-step) latin-american collective courses and swimming courses. Are available on payment: Diving center, diving courses providing an immediate licence (PADI). Biology courses, spelunking courses, windsurf and canoa courses, excursions to grottos by boat, horse riding excursions and visits to cultural sites, boat landing.
Obligatory application fee for the club € 15,00, for each guest older than 10 years old, € 10,00 for children from 6 to 10 years old not turned, € 5,00 for guests with a stay inferior to three days. It is compulsory to give the identification card at your arrival. In case of loss, we will give you a copy paying the whole fee and we will inform you about that at your arrival.
It’s compulsory to give, at your arrival, a snapshot.

The full payment will be done at the arrival (credit card or cash) according to what is estabilished by the Italian Civil Code with reference to the contract., art.1322 and art. 1342. We do not accept booking for living unities (except caravans) from 06/08 to 19/08

A) Two–room brick Cottage 30 m2 veranda 18 m2 with 4 beds (max 8) 2 rooms, they are endowed with ceiling fan, internal bathroom with hot shower, cooking corner , refrigerator, dishes, bed linen, 15m from the swimming pool and 150m from the sea

B) Two–room brick Cottage 23 m2 veranda 15 m2 with 4 beds (max 6) 2 rooms. One-room brick Cottage, veranda 13 m2 with 4 beds (max 6) they are endowed with ceiling fan (One-room only), internal bathroom with hot shower, cooking corner, refrigerator, dishes, bed linen, 15m from the swimming pool and 150m from the sea.

Obligatory: Cleaning at the end of the stay, cottage A € 50,00 B € 40,00
Cradle hire € 8,00 per day.
Cottage are available from 4:00 pm day of arrival to 10:00 am day of departure.
For the Cottage you must pay a thirty percent deposit.
Cautionary deposit for cottage € 100,00.
Beach service: 1 umbrella + 2 sdraio Euro 8,00 per day in periods B C D, Euro 10,00 in periods E F.

The wooden chalets (20mq with 10 mq internediate floor) contain maximum 6 beds, 2 bunk beds, (ground floor) , 1 double bed (intermediate floor) with outside veranda of 6 mq. They are situated in a very quite area, 100 m from the swimming pool and 200m from the beach. The chalets are furnished with iternal bathrooms with hot shower, cooking area, refrigerator, kitchenware, bed linen. Caution money for wooden chalets € 100,00. At your leaving, chalets must be tidied up and cleaned.

Extra obligatory: air conditioning € 40,00 A / B / C / D / F period, € 60,00 F period per week, Cleaning at the end of the stay € 40,00.
Cradle hire € 8,00 per day Chalets are available from 4:00 pm day of arrival to 10:00 am day of departure.
For chalets, you must pay a thirty percent deposit.

The one room bungalows (15mq) are furnished with internal bathrooms with hot shower, cooking area, refrigerator, kitchenware, bed linen, cradle hire € 8,00 by day. The bungalows are available from 4:00 pm arrival day to 10:00 am departure day. For the bungalow you must pay a deposit of thirty percent.

The deposit for the bungalow is 30% of the total amount
Caution money for bungal ows € 80,00
Obligatory extra and Cleaning at the end of the stay € 30,00

Prices per week for a roulotte with three/ four beds ( with centralized services) with veranda and cooking area ( kitchenware excluded)
Marbella caravans can be reserved only in the place.

Roulottes are available from 4:00 pm day of arrival to 10:00 am day of departure. For roulottes, you must pay a thirty percent deposit.
The deposit for the Igloos is 30% of the total amount.
Cautionary deposit for Igloo € 40,00.
Weekly bed linen change extra € 30.00
Cleaning at the end of the stay € 20,00

One-room igloo, made with brick, with two beds (9mq), with bathroom.

Available within 4.00 pm arrival day (Saturday) to 10.00 am departure day (Saturday) The deposit for the Igloos is 30% of the total amount.
Cautionary deposit for Igloo € 40,00.
Cleaning at the end of the stay € 20,00.

*12mq tents, four beds with veranda and cooking corner (excluded dishes), placed on a cement land-by, next to the gate sea.

Available within 4.00 pm day of arrival (Sunday) to 10.00 am day of departure (Sunday), for a tent (12 mq) with four beds, veranda and cooking corner, except dishes and pots.
The deposit for Marbella Club Tent is 30% of the total amount.
Cauzionary deposit for Marbella Club Tent is € 40,00.
Weekly bed linen change extra € 30.00.
Cleaning at the end of the stay € 20,00.

Booking fee € 260,00.
From 04/09 to 18/06 € 150.00 Garaging roulottes period and € 3.00 per day
Garaging includes greasing, washing and transport to the camper space and vice versa. Parking lot for second car and boat trolley € 2.50 per day Space for extra measure roulottes 30 % extra.

Children up to 2 years (not yet) do not pay.
* Canadian lay-byes, provide only external parking lot in the E period.
** For benefiting by the children’s discount, it is compulsory to show a birth certificate.
Durind the E period, commutters are not admitted. Seasonal flat rate (garaging excluded) for three persons € 2.050,00- each person in addition € 525,00.
The seasonal is considered as strictly personal, exclusively to the group that books it.
***Relative and friend’s visits, excepionally and previously authorized by the head office, are allowed and they are free of charge up to a maximum of 1 hour.
Over that time, the daily rate will be applied to the guest. The visitor must leave, in the head office, a document that will be returned when he leaves the camping, giving back the pass.
Visits are prohibited during the E period.

Important:
Important: for young people’s groups , with different departures, the tent rent will be enterely debited to the last member that leaves Marbella club.

The rents include:
Parking lot for 1 car, bathroom with hot shower, eletricity provided (Max voltage 600 watt), Custody values (on alternate days)- Iva and stay taxes. Access to the swimming-pools, volley and calcio balilla ground, table tennis, bowls,( From June 28th to September 6th) animation, shows, miniclub ( children from 6 to 12 years old), fitness centre (watergym-aerobics-step) latin-american collective courses and swimming courses.
